Root Barrier Installation and Root Control

This process is used to protect man made structures e.g. buildings, underground utilities, roads and footpaths from root invasion/damage. The material used has been designed to restrict root growth in areas where the possibility of problems could arise. This process allows the trees to be retained whilst protecting against root disturbance or damage underground.

Transplanting

This is an alternative to tree removal. The process is the extraction of the tree/palm and its root ball from the ground using either heavy machinery or manual labor then replanting to a new location.

Manual labor and tools such as spades, mattocks and other hand tools are used.

Root pruning is done to prepare tree from damage during excavation and root hormones are applied to encourage root growth.
